Coaching for committed clients.
Coaching involves commitment - to the relationship and to the changes you want to make. The more you commit to the coaching process, the more value you will receive. As such, I ask for a minimum commitment of 8 to 12 sessions across 3 to 4 months.
Beyond that, I do not have a standard “package”. Instead, I work with each individual client to create a bespoke pattern and programme of work which support them best.
I usually coach by telephone, video call or a combination of the two. I particularly enjoy the perspective offered by walking coaching and will be happy to discuss that with anyone interested.
